Intermediate silver jewellery making class - Wednesday 8th May  2024 10 - 5pm

In this full day course, you will build on skills you have previously learnt to complete one or two projects of your choice. You will learn how to add stones to your work and complete more intricate designs.  You can expect to make 2- 3 pieces of silver jewellery over the course of the day. This course is ideal for those who have some experience of sawing. soldering, shaping and texturing metal either at our classes or elsewhere. If you are unsure if this course is for you then please do just drop us an email. You will become more confident in the processes and tools used for each step. Design sheets will be available and there will be scope to cater the finished pieces to your taste.

Our classes are held in our lovely, cosy studio in Croft Myl in Halifax. We have space for 4 attendees on each class where you will have your own individual workspace, and all materials and tools provided. Refreshments are included, with tea and coffee and snacks available throughout the class. There is no designated lunch break but there are natural breaks in the making process so please feel free to bring your own lunch. Times vary for each class, please ensure you read the individual descriptions thoroughly, and please be aware that finishing times are an estimate and classes may finish slightly earlier or slightly later than the time given. Please note that classes will be unable to run if the minimum requirement of 3 attendees do not book on. 

Please bring reading glasses if required and tie long hair back.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the building there is no wheelchair access to Croft Myl and there is stepped access only to the studio. 

All bookings are non-refundable or transferable.
